Choose either 'No Epoxy' for a natural engraving finish - we apply a coat of food-safe mineral oil, or, 'Add Black Epoxy'. This gives the engraved art more contrast and greater durability, and is strongly recommended for any cutting boards that have a lot of variance in the wood tones/grain. See photos of 'T&Z Cash' & 'Scrabble' for examples of the Black Epoxy lettering.
NOTE: Due to recent supplier changes we have been unable to source more of the Acacia Cutting Board options. Only the blonde Rubberwood 31cm & 41cm boards are currently available.
HOW IT WORKS:

Choose artwork style as per style guide
After placing the order you'll receive an email asking for details of the message, font, and cutting board material & size.
We'll send you a 'proof' of your proposed engraving within 48 hours via email
Please review the 'proof', carefully checking spelling and proposed positioning on the cutting board
If selecting BYO, drop the cutting board around to our business address.
We'll complete the engraving & let you know once the cutting board is ready for collection (usually 48 hours).
IF PROVIDING YOUR OWN CUTTING BOARD:
Please ensure the cutting board is
Unfinished, natural timber
We recommend Rubberwood, Acacia or other hardwoods such as Spotted Gum or Blackbutt
It is possible to engrave other woods and materials but we will need to assess the material for suitability

MATERIALS & CARE
Acacia cutting boards care:
Cutting boards are finished with a natural beeswax. Wipe with a warm damp cloth.
Re-apply beeswax finish as needed over time.
We do not recommend immersing the engraved area of the cutting board in water or using as a cutting surface as this will degrade the engraving.
