DISPLAY & PACKAGING

All Crafted by That Guy products must be displayed
and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets and packs may not be broken up
and sold as individual products. Failure to comply may result in account
termination. If you are selling Crafted by That Guy products online, credit must be given to Crafted by That Guy in the product description. Please let us
know if you have any questions.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders are not currently subject to a minimum order quantity.

Wholesale orders can be made by email or online at craftedbythatguy.com.au.
Once you've been approved as a stockist, simply log in to your account to view your wholesale pricing. Note that we offer 3 wholesale tiers, with an additional discount offered for larger orders. Eligibility for these tiers is displayed in the cart once products are added. Please reach out if you have any
questions.

Payments for orders are required to be made via
direct deposit or credit card (surcharge may apply). Please note, we do not accept cheques.

Payment for all orders is required at the time of placing
the order. Net 15 terms may be extended to our partners with at least 3 successful orders placed. No orders for accounts with a balance due will be shipped until all outstanding amounts have been made. 

DEBT COLLECTION

In the event an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, Crafted by That Guy may at its discretion, refer the unpaid invoice as a debt to a debt collection agency for recovery. If we do so, you agree to pay any costs incurred in connection with the recovery of the debt (including
the collection agency’s fees and costs and any legal fees).

TERMS

Stockists are required to agree to our Terms for approval and we reserve the right to discontinue sales to stores who fail to comply.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. We reserve the right to issue a restocking fee of 20% of the order total for any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours.

Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported
within five days of receipt. Defective items may be exchanged for product or
credit. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other
charges incurred. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Townsville,
Australia. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders will be shipped via courier. Please let us know if you would like to use your owner shipping provider.
Any duties or customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the retailer.

Orders placed via the website do not include the final shipping fees for wholesale orders. We will be in touch to confirm the associated shipping costs shortly after an order is placed. On receipt of your order’s shipping quotation, you have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours, To ensure the fastest turnarounds on orders, please finalise your amount owing as soon as possible. Orders will not be shipped until the shipping fee is paid in full.

TURNAROUND TIME

For products that are in stock, our standard turnaround time is 2-5 days. If an ordered item is not in stock, we will be in touch to confirm the turnaround time. If we are unable to fulfil an order, we
will let you know as soon as possible and arrange an alternative supply plan or
refund if necessary.

PRE-ORDERS

Occasionally products will be available for pre-order with the estimated ship date marked in the product title. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your order will be shipped in full when the pre-ordered items become available. If you would like to split your order, please note that additional shipping charges may apply. Please email us if you would like to split your order. 

BACK ORDERS

Occasionally certain products may be out of stock.
In this case, we may choose to either refund or back order your product. Once items are back in stock, we will ship them out as soon as they arrive at no additional freight cost.
