Vector files (.AI, .SVG, .PDF, .EPS, .DXF) give the cleanest cuts and crispest engraving. We can also work from high-resolution PNG or JPG files for engraving, and we'll let you know if your file needs to be redrawn or vectorized before production. If you have only a sketch, that's OK too - we'll create the artwork from scratch in the correct format (additional design fee will apply).

We regularly work with wood, stone, acrylic, glass, leather and rubber. Each material engraves differently — wood and leather produce warm, burned tones, acrylic gives a frosted etch, and stone and glass create a soft white finish. If you're not sure which suits your project, just ask. You can browse our previous projects to get an idea of the different finishes as well.

Standard production is typically 3–7 business days after proof approval, depending on size and complexity. Bulk orders, corporate gifting and event work should be booked 2–3 weeks in advance to guarantee delivery.

No. We're happy to make a single keepsake or a run of hundreds of corporate gifts. Per-unit pricing does drop on larger orders, so it's worth asking for a bulk quote. For custom items, the minimum order value is $75.

Yes. Logos and signatures work beautifully when supplied as clean artwork, and we can engrave photographs onto wood, slate and leather with surprisingly fine detail. We'll always send a digital proof before cutting so you can see exactly how it will look. If you have only a photo or sketch to work from, that's OK, we can create the artwork from scratch (design fee will apply to this service).

We do. Light design tweaks (resizing, layout, basic text styling) are included. More involved custom design work is quoted separately, so you only pay for what you need.

Pricing depends on the material, size, quantity and how much engraving is involved. A single engraved coaster starts at a few dollars, while large signage or 3D layered artwork is quoted individually. Send us the details and we'll come back with a firm price.
